OK let's get start the topic direct.

If you want to get six then you have to do a little exercise which I'm describing below. These all exercises are very much effective if you do as per my technique.               #1Dumbbell crunch:


          Take a dumbbell and let's get start the crunch for 20sec and repeat it 4 times. As as much you can in this 20 sec and carefully do it for 4 times. After doing every 20 second you should take a 10 sec rest. 

#2 Reverse crunch:

     Then do reverse crunch for 20 sec and repeat it for 4 times and take a little bit rest in every 20 sec. Don't do so fast. It's very painful if you does it very fast. So careful. 


#3 Bicycle crunch:

      Then this exercise is so interesting and much beneficial. So if you doing this do about 20 seconds and rest after that. And repeat it 4 times. Do like you are cycling in imaginary. It's so so effective.



#4 Walking plank:

      The last one is a very much effective workout. If you are interested in building six pack in little time then do as I told. Do this msg 20 sec and then rest for 10sec. Repeat it for 4 times after every 20 sec.
