So, I was thinking more and more about a daily routine. Structure is critical for setting goals and blah blah blah....

And there is 10things that every men should do daily for a good result.

#1 Spent some time out side:

Well I realised that I became energized when I am out side... smelling the nature smell, seeing the sun....I feel better....I really feel so great at outdoor...and the no 2 is also being combined with the no 1 routine.


#2 Exercise:

Actually I always do exercise at the morning at that time when I go outdoor.
It makes a men fit and awesome.
Every single day you should do something for your body physically.. that should be running, walk, push ups or going to the Gym.. what ever you need to do is to get your body active.


#3 Hydrate:

In my opinion you should drink about 4 to 6 ltr of water daily. It shouldn't be the drinks, coffee,tea etc..it should be the pure form of liquid water. When you Hydrated your skin looks better, when you Hydrated you pee alot .....yup as much as u pee...that much toxic product of your body will get out by pee. And then you feel better.


#4 spent some time with your pet:

Exactly those who have pet, you understand me what I'm talking about.
There is something incredibly, puric and just just so amazing about having a animal that you have little bit of affection to and that pet loves you unconditionally. My day will not be complete if I didn't Spent some time with my pet.

#5 Learn something everyday:

Everyday I try to learn something whether it should be a documentary film, or a book or anything that makes you feel awesome.

My bad day will be worse if I didn't think about my good things happened. Be appreciative to the good stuff of your life. Respect other and love your life and others whom are the part of your life. If you love anyone they will love you back...

#9 Call somebody you loved:

Call anyone like dad,mom, wife or girlfriend , friends and anyone that you love. Let the people know that you love them. So that will make you happy.

#10 Sleep:

The most important thing in your life is to sleep well. And it's the most most most most and most important think of a successful men's life. Every single day you have to sleep about minimum of 6 hours....as much as you sleep as much as you'll feel better. But don't not sleep all day long.
