MASTURBATION IS GOOD OR BAD

Welcome again to my new
blog which is about masturbation which is good or bad, so let's get started.
Guys our fitness industry
is grown a lot. So, about 80% to 90% of people know that the masturbation
doesn't effect on bodybuilding. But some of you are there who is curious to
know that how much time is safe for health, which could be in a day, every day
or in a week. So, read till the end if you are curious to know about that.
Before the growth of our
fitness industry, we all have our own old specific gym guru/trainer. They
always tell us to do not masturbate. For what most of the people gets stressed
and frustrated. But masturbation is a natural thing that everyone doesn’t know.
Now a day’s all people know that, but some of them are there who usually follows
to their old gym trainer’s advice.
Look guys we all are
humans. We all are different from one another by race, caste, colour etc. So,
everyone has a different time to masturbate. Like if I am doing it for once, twice
or thrice in a week. I don't feel any problem to my body, even though I feel
happy. Because it’s a natural thing. But if I do it regularly it will surely
generate a stress level in my body. By the way masturbation, fat loss and
muscle gaining all are different from each other. You have to balance your
livelihood for a healthy living. If you are feeling that masturbation is
creating a stress level in your brain then stop it at that time. Yes everything
doing excess has its side effect. But comparing to other habits its side effect
is negligible. Ask yourself that is it giving pleasure to you or getting stress
to your brain. Your body is a temple so you have to care about it, you should
take a healthy diet.
If you are doing it regularly
then control it twice a week then once a week. Do not do excess of it. So there
is no relation between fat loss, masturbation and muscle building. Every single
person has a separate time to do it. So be healthy by your own.
