But some of you are there who is curious to know that how much time is safe for health, which could be in a day, every day or in a week. Before the growth of our fitness industry, we all have our own old specific gym guru/trainer. They always tell us to do not masturbate. For what most of the people gets stressed and frustrated. But masturbation is a natural thing that everyone doesn’t know. Now a day’s all people know that, but some of them are there who usually follows to their old gym trainer’s advice.
Look guys we all are humans. We all are different from one another by race, caste, colour etc. So, everyone has a different time to masturbate.
