When you do sex or masturbate or when the sperm comes out of your body then the first work of the hormone is to produce sperm in your reproductive system. It will take about 24hrs.
When you do exercise then you use this testosterone to produce muscle. If you are doing sex or masturbation everyday then you are using this testosterone to produce sperm. If after that you are going gym or doing exercise then it will not give you the result to produce muscle. Because the primary work of this hormone is to produce sperm not the muscle. It will take 24-48 hrs. Then after if you are taking carbs in your diet then its totally loss. But if you are taking some healthy diet then the process of production of sperm will increases.
So if you are doing it daily the it will be the worst. Because your testosterone is not getting chance to produce your muscle. The after your goals like muscle building and fat loss will be postponed.
If you are doing sex one in 48hrs the its good. You are using your testosterone for sex as well as muscle building.
If you are doing sex twice a week then its very good or if you are doing sex once a week then it will be the perfect to be fit enough and get a lean muscle mass.
